Recently the issue of students’ study has been brought to public attention. Students are anxious about how to improve their scores. Some work very hard. They spend all their time on study. They do nothing except study. As far as I’m concerned, it is not a good way to study. Alternate work with rest is the best to study well. Students should try their best to learn knowledge as Francis Bacon said,”Knowledge is power”. However, they should have other recreational activities to relaxthemselves. Because people can do things more efficient afterrelaxedthemselves’s more, people can obtain knowledge from many sources besides books, which is beneficial for study. Thus, combine exertion and rest is the best to study.
最近，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的問題已經(jīng)引起了大眾的關(guān)注。學(xué)生們擔(dān)心如何提高成績。有些學(xué)生很努力學(xué)習(xí)。他們把所有的時間都花在學(xué)習(xí)上。除了學(xué)習(xí)他們什么也不做。就我而言，這不是學(xué)習(xí)的好方法。勞逸結(jié)合是最好的學(xué)習(xí)方法。學(xué)生應(yīng)該努力學(xué)習(xí)知識，因為弗蘭西斯培根說過，“知識就是力量”。然而，他們應(yīng)該有其他的娛樂活動來放松自己。因為放松之后做的事情會更有效率。更重要的是，人們除了在書本上獲取知識外，還可以從許多別的途徑獲取知識，這對學(xué)習(xí)是有幫助的。因此，勞逸結(jié)合才是最好的學(xué)習(xí)方法。
如何成為優(yōu)秀的大學(xué)老師？What Makes a Good College Teacher?
A good teacher, in our minds,means that giving us all knowledge he knows absolutely, supervising studentsstrictly, teaching students by holding their hands, assigning proper homeworkto students and being kind enough to give students time to relieve pressure and so on. Of course, these are my previous ideas which show myimmaturity to a certain extent. But those ways catering to examination-orientededucation are necessary before stepping into university. With the age andexperience growing, my thoughts become mature gradually.
在我們心目中一個好老師，意味著毫無保留的給我們所有的知識，嚴(yán)格管理學(xué)生，手把手的教學(xué)生，適當(dāng)?shù)慕o學(xué)生布置作業(yè)并足夠友善的給學(xué)生時間來緩解壓力等。當(dāng)然，這些都是我以前的想法，在某種程度上展示了我的不成熟。但那些方式在上大學(xué)前對應(yīng)試教育是很有必要。隨著年齡和經(jīng)驗的增長，我的思想逐漸成熟。
From the perspective of a collegestudent, it’s quite ridiculous that a college teacher still follow the teachingpatterns of middle school because of the freedom and open of university. In myhumble opinion, first of all, as a college teacher, the most basic is thatteachers should possess good professional quality and be proficient in theirteaching subjects, which means that they will not only explain the textthoroughly, but also tell students more extracurricular knowledge on the topicto broaden their horizons and make them throw light on the text deeply.Meanwhile, teachers should mobilize the enthusiasm and initiation of studentsto make the whole class lively and be good at asking questions to encouragestudents to think on their own and foster their creativity, rather than letthem learn by rote. What’s more, in university---- an academic palace, teachersshould regard students as their friends to establish good relationship betweenteachers and students, and create an equal platform for students to speak theirmind freely. This way of teaching benefits teachers as well as students.
從大學(xué)生的角度來看，大學(xué)教師仍然遵循中學(xué)教學(xué)模式是相當(dāng)可笑的因為大學(xué)是自由開放的。在我看來，首先，作為一名老師，最基本的是，教師應(yīng)具備良好的職業(yè)素質(zhì)，熟悉教學(xué)課程，這意味著他們將不僅僅全面的解釋課本，也要告訴學(xué)生更多的與課程相關(guān)的課外知識來拓展他們的視野，讓他們對課本有深入的理解。同時，教師要調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性，讓整個班級氣氛活躍、善于提問，鼓勵學(xué)生獨(dú)立思考，培養(yǎng)他們的創(chuàng)造力，而不是讓他們死記硬背。更重要的是，在大學(xué)----一個學(xué)術(shù)殿堂，教師應(yīng)把學(xué)生當(dāng)做他們的朋友建立良好的師生關(guān)系，并為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造一個表達(dá)思想的自由平等的平臺。這樣教學(xué)可以是學(xué)生和老師相互受益。
To sum up, college is differentfrom middle school, so there is a great difference between them in teaching. Accordingly,college teachers should hold different teaching methods towards collegestudents. Only this can make a good college teacher.
總之，大學(xué)不同于高中，所以在教學(xué)中存在很大的差異。因此，高校教師應(yīng)該對大學(xué)生有不同的教學(xué)方法。只有這樣才能成為一個好的大學(xué)老師。

AsEnglish is one of the main subjects that the Chinese students have to take up,learning English becomes prevalence. More and more students find it hard tolearn English, because it is fresh to them. Depending on different personality,experience and background, different people may have different menthods tolearn English. In my opinion,interest and practice are the best ways to learnEnglish.
由于英語成為中國學(xué)生主要課程之一，學(xué)習(xí)英語就變得流行了。越來越多的學(xué)生覺得學(xué)習(xí)英語困難，因為英語對于他們來說很陌生。由于個性不同，經(jīng)歷和背景各異，不同的人可能有不同的方法來學(xué)習(xí)英語。在我看來，興趣和練習(xí)是學(xué)習(xí)英語的最好方法。
Firstly,interest is the best teacher. No matter who wants learn or do something,interest is the bestcatalyst. Having interest,peole will feel easier to complete things. So does learning English. If any onefeels difficulty in learning English, the first thing he should consider is todevelop his interest on English.
首先，興趣是最好的老師。無論誰想學(xué)好或做好什么事情，興趣是最好的催化劑。如果有興趣，人們會覺得更容易完成事情。學(xué)習(xí)英語也是一樣。如果有人認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)英語困難，他應(yīng)該考慮的第一件事是培養(yǎng)他們對英語的興趣。
Secondly,practice makes perfect. The most common way to learn English is practise more. Nothingwould be difficult with practice. For example, if someone find it hard toremember vocabulary, he can see the word everyday before he goes to sleep. I’msure he will remember words quickly.
其次，熟能生巧。學(xué)習(xí)英語的最常見的方法是多練習(xí)。多練習(xí)，什么都不是困難。例如，如果有人發(fā)現(xiàn)很難記住的詞匯，他可以在他每天睡覺前看看這個詞。我相信他會很快記住單詞的。
All inall, there is no fast way to learn English well, except work hard. But ifpeople have interest on English and knows the importance of practice, they willmaster it sooner or later.
總之，除了努力，沒有學(xué)習(xí)英語沒有速成法。但如果一個人在英語方面有興趣或知道實踐的重要性，他們遲早都會掌握它的。

Then there is still aquestion that how to learn English well.
隨著社會的發(fā)展，中國已經(jīng)踏上了國際化的道路。由于方方面面的原因，英語也成為了國際語言。因此，越來越多的中國人為了與世界接軌而學(xué)習(xí)英語。而中國政府也意識到這一點(diǎn)，所以他們要求中國人學(xué)習(xí)英語，尤其是學(xué)生。問題是如何學(xué)好英語呢？
Firstof all, learning English well needs perseverance. Because learning English wellis a long-term process. If we insist on leraning Eglish everyday, we will masterit one day. If we just study it for a short time and then give up, we will gainnothing in the end. Therefore, we should stick to learn English erveryday inorder to learn it well.
首先，學(xué)好英語需要毅力。因為把英語學(xué)好是一個長期的過程。如果我們堅持每天學(xué)習(xí)英語，總有一天我們能夠掌握它。如果我們只是學(xué)了一小段時間就放棄了，到最后我們會是什么都沒有學(xué)到。因此，為了學(xué)好英語，我們應(yīng)該每天學(xué)習(xí)它。
Secondly,learning English well needs us open our mouth. The aim to learn a language isto speak it. No one will admit you learn a langeuage well without speaking itout. Many Chinese students have learned is“dumb English”. That is a big problem.So, in order to learn English well, we should often talk with our friends,classmates and teachers in English.
第二，把英語學(xué)好我們應(yīng)該開口說。學(xué)習(xí)一門語言的目的就是講那門語言。如果你不會說，沒有人會承認(rèn)你把那門語言學(xué)好了。很多中國的學(xué)生所學(xué)的就是“啞巴英語”。這是一個很大的問題。因此，為了學(xué)好英語，我們應(yīng)該經(jīng)常和我們的朋友，同學(xué)和老師用英語交流。
Thirdly,the best way to master a language is tobe personally on thescene. So I advice those people who have condition go abroad for a while. When theycome back home, their oral English must have improved.
第三，掌握一門語言的最好的方法就是身臨其境。所以我建議有條件的人可以去國外待一段時間。當(dāng)他們回國的時候，他們的口語肯定有所提高。
Tosum up, learning English well is not easy. But we can take masures to make itdone through perseverance, talking and going abroad.
總之，學(xué)好英語并非易事。但是我們可以采取措施通過堅持，講，去國外來學(xué)好它。
