好的英文求職信和英文簡(jiǎn)歷是進(jìn)入大企業(yè)特別是外企的“敲門(mén)磚”。因此，如何寫(xiě)好應(yīng)聘的.求職簡(jiǎn)歷就顯得尤為重要。
英文求職信的一般由五個(gè)組成部分：寫(xiě)信動(dòng)機(jī)、自我介紹、能力（技能）介紹、結(jié)尾和附件。
寫(xiě)信動(dòng)機(jī)：
通常求職信是針對(duì)報(bào)紙上、網(wǎng)上的或是其他途徑的招聘廣告而寫(xiě)的。因此，信中須首先提到時(shí)在何月何日的什么報(bào)紙上看到的信息、在什么網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)看到的招聘廣告，又或是是由朋友或介紹所介紹的等等。當(dāng)然，有時(shí)寫(xiě)信人不知某機(jī)構(gòu)、公司有工作機(jī)會(huì)，只是毛遂自薦，那么也需說(shuō)明寫(xiě)求職信的緣由和目的。此外，需開(kāi)門(mén)見(jiàn)山的點(diǎn)明應(yīng)聘的職位或是希望承擔(dān)的職務(wù)
自我介紹：
此部分應(yīng)述明自己的年齡或出生年月、教育背景，尤其與應(yīng)征職位有關(guān)的訓(xùn)練或教育科目、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或特殊技能。如無(wú)實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)，略述在學(xué)類似經(jīng)驗(yàn)亦可。
能力（技能）介紹：
如果缺乏工作經(jīng)歷，可以將社會(huì)工作細(xì)節(jié)放在工作經(jīng)歷中，這樣會(huì)填補(bǔ)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)少的缺陷。例如，在做團(tuán)支書(shū)、學(xué)生會(huì)主席等社會(huì)工作時(shí)組織過(guò)什么活動(dòng)，聯(lián)系過(guò)什么事，參與過(guò)什么都可以一一羅列。
結(jié)尾：
求職信的結(jié)尾，應(yīng)注意表達(dá)，珍惜工作機(jī)會(huì)和如果得到職位后將不遺余力的表現(xiàn)決心，希望招聘單位給予自己施展才華的機(jī)會(huì)等。此外，不要忘了注明正熱切盼望對(duì)方的回復(fù)。

格式與態(tài)度:
