Section A( 1a—2d)
一、教材分析：
本單元是Go for it ( 上 ) Unit4,主要圍繞“Where are the things?”這一話題展開聽、說、讀、寫等多種教學活動，其教學核心內(nèi)容是：讓學生通過詢問物品的位置，學習一些家具物品和學習用品的單詞，以及方位介詞in on under behind...等的用法，學習并掌握Where問的問答，一般疑問句提問并用方位介詞來回答，學習名詞單復(fù)數(shù)及人稱代詞they的用法，同時培養(yǎng)學生養(yǎng)成干凈，整潔，合理擺放物品的習慣。
二、教學目標
1. 知識目標：A. 掌握有關(guān)物品的新單詞：table, bed, bookcase, sofa, chair, shoolbag, ,radio ， CD, video, video tape, hat, etc；
B. 熟練運用in, on, under, behind, in front of, near等介詞；
C. 熟練運用Where問句和一般疑問句及其回答；
D. 掌握名詞單復(fù)數(shù)及人稱代詞they的用法。
2．能力目標：A.學會用英語準確描述物品所在的位置；
B. 學會用英語詢問自己的或他人物品的具體位置；
C. 能夠合理地描述和設(shè)計房間。
3．情感目標：A. 培養(yǎng)學生整齊地擺放自己物品的生活習慣；
B．通過小組對話、游戲、競賽，調(diào)查和設(shè)計等一系列的課堂活動，培養(yǎng)學生的合作精神。
三、學情分析：
本單元部分有關(guān)家居物品和學習用品的'單詞學生在小學已接觸過，容易掌握，但是句子中總忘記用be動詞，經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)這樣的錯誤句子：The pengcil in the shoolbag 而且學生雖然接觸過疑問句，但沒掌握where問句及一般疑問句的語序及正確回答
四：教學重點與難點
1.重點：A:方位介詞: in, on, under, behind, in front of, near 等的用法；
B:Where 的特殊疑問句和一般疑問句：Is the… in/on/under the …否定回答.
C:新單詞：shoolbag bookcase soaf videa tape radio hat etc
2.難點：A.能夠準確運用方位介詞描述物品所在的位置；句子不忘be動詞
B．能夠運用where問句找到物品的位置，疑問句的語序及正確回答。
五、教學方法:
采用呈現(xiàn)，情景設(shè)置，交際，問答， 游戲 等教學方法，激勵學生使他們都參與到各種活動中來。
六、課前準備：
教師：制作多媒體課件，準備部分學習用品的實物。
學生：預(yù)習新單詞，準備與課本有關(guān)的學習用品實物。
七、教學過程設(shè)計
Step 1 organization(組織教學)
Greeting : morning report.
Step 2 Warming up（課前熱身）
A.Play an English song before class.
B.Revise some school things by asking questions.
e.g.: What’s this? Is this a …? How do you spell it? etc.
Step3 Lead-in Learn the new words by helping the teacher find the lost things.
T: Where’s my English book?
S1: It’s here. / I think it’s …
T: Oh, it’s on the desk. …Where’re my color pencils?
S2: …
設(shè)計意圖：通過設(shè)置讓學生幫助老師找東西這樣一個真實的場景導(dǎo)入新課，能夠立刻調(diào)動學生的參與性，激發(fā)學生思維，啟動學習的發(fā)生。
Step 3 Presentation(講授新課)
A .Consolidate the prepositions by looking at the screen and answer and questions where`s…? where`re…?
B. New words learning:show the students a picture of a room. Tell them this is a bedroom . let students list the things in it.ask where the things are. Let students answer using the prepositions and new words. ,
設(shè)計意圖：由于課前引導(dǎo)學生通過自主學習初步接觸到了新單詞，所以在新單詞的教學過程中，一些有能力的學生可以將自己已有的認識水平和實際運用結(jié)合起來，使他們能體會到通過自主學習帶來成功的滿足感，通過這樣的方法呈現(xiàn)新單詞，效果遠比教師單純地用圖片來教單詞要大
Step 4 Listening and say (聽力訓(xùn)練)
listen and imitate the dialoges in pairs. Using the things in the picture in sectionA 1b. Then finish the listening task.
Step 5 Make up dialogues and act out them.（聽說訓(xùn)練）
A. Match the words with the things in the picture. Students do it individually first, then check the answers.
B. Make up dialogues in pairs using the things in the picture. Then act out them.
設(shè)計意圖:這是一個聽說訓(xùn)練，把1c提到前面一方面從詞到句，從淺入深，單詞和句子得到進一步練習。另一方為下一步的聽做鋪墊，使學生更容易聽懂。
Step 6 Game: Hide and look for things（游戲）
Students hide and look for the school things in pairs. One student hide one school thing and ask: Where’s…? Where’re…? The other student guess and answer: Is it in your desk? Are they in your pencilcase ? ect . Ask some pairs to share their performance.
設(shè)計意圖：通過學生之間相互猜測的游戲即訓(xùn)練了聽說也把學生剛被激發(fā)的興奮點持續(xù)下去，也鞏固了本節(jié)所學的單詞和句型，同時為下面學習一般疑問句及答語做了預(yù)習。
Step7 Summary: A memory test(為下一步的寫作積累詞匯)
Show a picture of a room, give the students one minute to look at it, then ask them what kind of things they saw and where the things are. Have a competition among groups . See which group can remember all the things and places.
設(shè)計意圖：1.通過此活動訓(xùn)練為下一步的寫作做鋪墊，即積累單詞和詞匯。
2.促使學生都參與進來，回顧了本節(jié)所學知識，加深印象， 而且通過競爭增強了他們的協(xié)作和團隊精神。
Step8 Writing.(寫作訓(xùn)練)
Writing a passage using the words phrases . Introduce my room.
On the blackboard：Unit 4 Where’s my shoolbag?

Step 8 Homework. (布置作業(yè))
