為了滿(mǎn)足不同用戶(hù)的`需求，北京一些小區(qū)還推行了householdheating(分戶(hù)供暖)，對(duì)用戶(hù)實(shí)際的使用情況進(jìn)行計(jì)量收費(fèi)，所采取的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就是household-based heat metering(分戶(hù)熱計(jì)量)。
