寫日記的格式
When we write a diary we should pay attention to:
格式：
一般是在左上角記上當(dāng)天的.日期、星期，時(shí)間的排列順序與書信一致，星期寫在日期前后都可以，星期與日期之間不需要使用標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)但要空一格，星期也可以省略；右上角寫上當(dāng)天的天氣情況，表示天氣情況的形容詞，如：fine（晴朗的），cold （寒冷的），snowy（下雪的），sunny（晴朗的），rainy（多雨的），cloudy（陰天的）等。日記的小標(biāo)題寫在下一行，也可省略不寫。
時(shí)態(tài)：
寫日記的時(shí)間一般是下午或晚上，有時(shí)也可以在第二天補(bǔ)寫。因此,日記中所記述的事情通常發(fā)生在過(guò)去，常用一般過(guò)去時(shí)；但當(dāng)記述天氣、描寫景色或展望未來(lái)時(shí)，可以用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)或一般將來(lái)時(shí)。

英語(yǔ)應(yīng)用文寫作指導(dǎo)
應(yīng)用文就是指人們?cè)谌粘Ｉ�、工作和學(xué)習(xí)中經(jīng)常運(yùn)用的文體，包括書信、電子郵件、通知、日記等。
一、通 知
通知是傳達(dá)信息、布置工作、召開會(huì)議所使用的一種文體。在英語(yǔ)里有口頭通知和書面通知兩種。
通知一般包括三個(gè)要素：①時(shí)間；②地點(diǎn)；③活動(dòng)內(nèi)容。通知要求簡(jiǎn)練、用詞貼切。通知的具體格式如下：
1. 標(biāo)題：在正文上面正中的地方寫上NOTICE。
2. 正文：說(shuō)明通知的具體時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、活動(dòng)內(nèi)容和注意事項(xiàng)。
3. 單位：發(fā)通知的單位一般寫在正文的右下角。
4. 時(shí)間：發(fā)通知的時(shí)間一般寫在正文的左下角。
實(shí)例解析
請(qǐng)以下面內(nèi)容寫一則通知：
學(xué)校定于6月23日14點(diǎn)30分在學(xué)校操場(chǎng)舉行畢業(yè)典禮。請(qǐng)同學(xué)們穿好校服，按時(shí)參加。 分析指導(dǎo) 寫這個(gè)通知時(shí),只要按照提示寫清時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)和主要的事就可以了。 參考范文
二、便條
便條多用于同事或朋友之間臨時(shí)通知或詢問(wèn)某事，包括留言條、請(qǐng)假條等。便條格式近似于書信，一般由稱呼、正文、署名、日期等組成。
寫便條應(yīng)注意以下幾個(gè)方面：
1. 日期：要寫在右上角，便條的日期要寫出月、日。
2. 稱呼：稱呼應(yīng)寫在第二行，要左起頂格寫。便條的稱呼較為隨便，如：Dear Mom, Liu Jun等。
3. 正文：正文應(yīng)另起一行寫。用詞要簡(jiǎn)明扼要。
4. 署名：署名要寫在右下角，一般只寫留條人的姓名。
