考研復(fù)試面試成功的指南攻略

考研復(fù)試闖關(guān)必備的五個事項
第一、“分數(shù)”只是參考 關(guān)鍵還要看“表現(xiàn)”
復(fù)試一般會按照1：2甚至更高的比例開始，像985.211院校復(fù)試線肯定會很高，如果大家報的校外的導(dǎo)師，一定不要以為分數(shù)高就有把握，分數(shù)低就沒戲(我考研那一年老板就放棄380分數(shù)的一個考生，因為他復(fù)試太爛了，而選擇了一個320多的剛過線的考生。)所以，如果你參加了復(fù)試，就一定要重新按照考研的精氣神準(zhǔn)備，否則你可能是分母。所以復(fù)試的關(guān)鍵就是看你的準(zhǔn)備程度。
第二、“導(dǎo)師”情況是關(guān)鍵
面對大多數(shù)的考生，老板有他自己的決定權(quán)，按照比重排序分別是“保送--院校--是否有推薦--知根知底(實習(xí)過)--復(fù)試成績(動手能力及對專業(yè)的熱愛)”，所以按照這個思路，你要弄清楚你的老板名額還有幾個?
問題
是否保送已經(jīng)占滿?
參加復(fù)試的比你強的院校有多少?
是否有老板傾向的研究生?
他的研究方向和熱點?
他喜歡什么樣的學(xué)生?
你的動手能力如何?
以上這些問題，而這都是取決與你能否成功的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，所以大家不妨現(xiàn)在檢查一個表格，把這些問題在復(fù)試前面搞清楚。
舉一個極端的例子吧，我的一個學(xué)生當(dāng)年跨專業(yè)從生物考傳媒大學(xué)的時候跨專業(yè)考試，考研分數(shù)排名第一，同時他復(fù)試成績也是第一，因為在他復(fù)試前，這些方面的問題他搞的很清楚。
第三、“師兄”是臥底
每年復(fù)試基本上都有一個套路，不同專業(yè)的復(fù)試有權(quán)重，考實驗什么?考英文什么?什么是筆試?什么是口試，什么樣的`實驗?這些你知道嗎?
如果你不知道，那好，去找你考研老板的最近兩年考的研究生，問問他們是怎么考上的，有什么權(quán)重，通過這些輔導(dǎo)，我相信你可以了解60%以上的復(fù)試內(nèi)容。

第四、“練習(xí)”是關(guān)鍵
對于理工科，肯定需要的實驗動手能力強，重點院校的學(xué)生會有優(yōu)勢，所以回想一下你們的科研立項和畢業(yè)論文，應(yīng)該很好檢起來，那么對于你們的口試和筆試這里呢?沒有什么辦法，就是練習(xí)。
對于其他同學(xué)找你們宿舍的同學(xué)，讓他假扮面試?yán)蠋�，你要至少練�?xí)三遍你的自我介紹(包括英文介紹，要求不能出現(xiàn)卡殼。)同時準(zhǔn)備幾個英文翻譯(怎么找，找那些，問師兄把)，給我讀透了(大方向普及的英文文章，以及老板研究方向的文章都要)。把考研復(fù)試像高考前�？家粯泳毩�(xí)，你就成功了一半。
第五、“忠誠”是保障
有些學(xué)生面試失敗，不是因為他不優(yōu)秀，而是因為他不踏實，想象一個老板，在同等水平的學(xué)生錢，更希望的是選擇一個什么樣的學(xué)生呢?(除去長相?)
那就是你對專業(yè)的熱愛和忠誠。這個印象會給你增加一個很大的分數(shù)。(心理學(xué)有一個現(xiàn)象叫“暈輪效應(yīng)”，就是一個好的印象會自然你的正面影響面試者其他方面的表現(xiàn)”。)
這些，再加上你對專業(yè)的熟悉程度，是給你的一個很好的保障，如果你實在點背沒有選上，但是你的忠誠度很高的話，我相信每年的幾個破格名額或者老師給你推薦到另外一個地方的幸運也會降臨到你的身上。
考研復(fù)試面試克制住6個會扣分的小動作
▶切忌夸張的肢體動作
面試時適當(dāng)?shù)氖謩菽軒椭愀玫仃U釋自己的觀點，不過動作太過活潑、夸張則會給人留下不穩(wěn)重的印象。因此，面試時應(yīng)以平穩(wěn)、平實的態(tài)度為原則。
▶切忌蹺二郎腿或兩手交叉于胸前
不停地輪換交叉雙腿，是不耐煩的表現(xiàn)，而一直蹺著二郎腿則會讓面試官覺得你沒有禮貌。如果再把兩手交叉放在胸前，那就表達出了拒絕或否決的心情。因此，參加面試時一定要注意坐姿端正，雙腳平放，放松心情。
▶切忌邊說話邊拽衣角
面談時，由于緊張或不適應(yīng)，無意間會拽衣角或擺弄紐扣。這個小動作很容易讓人看出你的緊張焦慮，給人留下不成熟、浮躁的印象。
▶切忌撥弄頭發(fā)
頻繁用手拂拭額前的頭發(fā)，會透露出你的敏感和神經(jīng)質(zhì)，還會令人產(chǎn)生不被尊重的感覺。為避免這種習(xí)慣影響到面試的結(jié)果，建議申請者最好將長發(fā)扎起來，或?qū)㈩^發(fā)梳理整齊，這樣既顯得精神又能避免不經(jīng)意間撥弄頭發(fā)。
▶切忌不停地看表
不論是在面談或與人交談時，不停地看時間，會讓人產(chǎn)生壓迫感。因此，應(yīng)試者要把握好時間，千萬不要頻繁看表。
▶切忌眼神飄忽
面試時兩眼到處亂瞄，容易讓人覺得這是一位沒有安全感、對任何事都不抱有信任感的應(yīng)試者。最好的方法是面帶微笑，眼睛看著談話者，同時頭微微傾斜。

辦法3：不提理論，說自己的職責(zé)：The team had to work round the clock and checked it up from time to time. In this way, the whole system wouldn’t crash. Other feedback mechanism includes術(shù)語(如一些常用的設(shè)備或者零部件名稱：如servers, data base as well as hard disc)
如果碰到不熟悉的怎么辦?
直接說“我不清楚”就可以了，別硬撐著：In this process, I’m in charge of the maintenance of servers. So my knowledge in 不熟悉的領(lǐng)域is limited. Sorry, it is difficult for me to say more. But I know that it is important, and it is my plan to keep track of its latest trend. Generally, in my view, I am a hard working student. Although my understanding on medicine was vague when I was accepted by a medical college four years ago, I knew that it was a serious subject and was closely related to human lives. 考研復(fù)試中的那些口頭語和套話
1、 口頭語：
1) My name is …:不妨說成：My name is …. You can call me Alex, that’s my English name. Now let me introduce myself first(這不廢話嗎?可是如果演技好，您已經(jīng)耗了十五秒了)
2) 我有點兒緊張：就是這么想的也不要這么說，可以說：Well, give me a second. Let me put it in this way.
3) 我的專業(yè)是：My major is …用得太多了，換個I’m doing a degree in …
4) 我很幸運：我輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生的時候，不大愿意讓他們說I’m lucky，而希望他們說成：I’m glad to have a chance to work with many talented classmates and noted professors here.
5) 我要說的就這么些了：Thank you for listening. Now I’d love to answer your questions.
2、 套話和“奇葩”:可以挑著說，但是要實事求是，死記硬背的后果是很幽默的
1) 俺當(dāng)過班長：I worked as the class monitor and help teachers handle with class affairs(不知道如果連續(xù)五個復(fù)試者都是班長，誰是排長?)
2) 俺是學(xué)生會主席：From 2005 to 2007, I was the president of Campus Painting Association, in charge of compiling rules of the association.(全是主席，哪是誰副主席?)
3) 俺積極參與了…：I’m also a participant of a wide range of campus activities.(您不是主席兼職班長嗎，怎么突然又成“跟班兒”了呢?)
4) 俺唱過紅歌：說這個只能說您經(jīng)�？佳�，太不了解國內(nèi)時事了… sing the revolutionary songs
5) 做過村官給村長提過建議：這個嘛….，給縣委書記提建議還差不多，work as a village official, my job duty is to give professional advice to the village master(secretary in the County Committee)
6) 我的成績是全優(yōu)：I got straight As. I study hard to keep an average GPA of 4.2 and a position within the top 3 percent of my class.(您不是全優(yōu)嗎?怎么平均分又4.2啦?前后不一致啊，選一句吧!)

8) 三好學(xué)生：three good student是“三個好學(xué)生”的意思(單復(fù)數(shù)還用錯了)、姑且用Three Merits Student撮合著吧，其實用Excellent student誰都聽得懂。
9) 俺考碩士是為了獲得理論知識、培養(yǎng)分析問題解決問題的能力、或者職業(yè)知識：I apply for the Master Degree in order to obtain theoretical knowledge, improve independent thinking and get professional knowledge.(好像高考也可以這么說、本科也可以這么說、考博也可以這么說)
10) 俺要融入社會、得到機會、發(fā)展事業(yè)：I want to fit into society, obtain opportunities, and further my career.(真實的想法是：我想買車、買房、找美女成家，可是你又沒法這么說。)
11) 俺想在這個大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)：最好別說I have a strong desire to study here，也別說To study here is my dream, 怎么聽怎么想“求您收下我吧”，不如說成：The competitive environment here will give me daily boost to the practical skills and professional knowledge.
12) 我比較喜歡：…is my favorite的效果不如…is my preference.
面試其實就是展示自己的機會、多談些專業(yè)的感受、比說這些更有價值，偶爾說兩句還可以，全背就沒有什么意義了。
