第一個是關于customer satisfaction的調(diào)查結(jié)果Report，要說明怎樣進行的調(diào)查、調(diào)查結(jié)果中positive feedback和negative feedback以及解決的辦法。
口試部分
Part 1 問題：
外國人來中國一般從事什么工作?
簡單自我介紹：是學生還是已經(jīng)工作(study or work)?(如果是學生)為什么選這個專業(yè)?Your study,your home,your future plan.
點評：回答考官問的必要信息即可，不用滔滔不絕的講太多多余信息，有的考生還滿腔激情的回答I come from ***.My home town is ***, it is a beautiful place and I like playing basketball. 給考官的印象就是：偏題，是不是沒有聽明白，考官可沒問哦!

Part 3
Computer after-sales services
The importance of up-to-date job descriptions

Part 1
