大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)聽(tīng)力條件句技巧
四級(jí)題目中特別是Section A中的對(duì)話，有不少是通過(guò)條件句來(lái)表達(dá)建議，想法，結(jié)果和趨勢(shì)等。因此，能正確理解和抓住說(shuō)話者所要表達(dá)的真實(shí)意圖至為重要。
條件句有兩種，一是真實(shí)條件句，二是虛擬條件句。真實(shí)條件句表達(dá)的意思是直接而明顯的，一般指有可能實(shí)現(xiàn);虛擬條件句是間接而含蓄的。對(duì)后者應(yīng)有足夠的謹(jǐn)慎。下面兩個(gè)例子可作為說(shuō)明：
原文：
M: If I go to the store,will you make dinner for us tonight?
W: Bring back enough food.
Q: What will the woman do if the man shops?
選項(xiàng)：
A) The woman will cook.
B) He won't buy enough.
C) He'll get in a bad mood.
D) He will make dinner.
答案：A)。又如：
原文：
W: Did you see film last night?
M: I wouldn't have gone to see it if I'd known it was boring.
Q: Where was the man last night?
選項(xiàng)：
A) In a bar.
B) In a cinema.
C) At a lecture.
D) Unreasonable.
答案：B)。
條件句中以if引導(dǎo)居多，注意這種句式的表達(dá)特點(diǎn)。它們經(jīng)常用省略的形式，如if possible，if any，if not，if so，if necessary，if needed等，聽(tīng)省略形式的條件句，主要應(yīng)該抓住主句的基本內(nèi)容，因?yàn)闂l件句不易聽(tīng)錯(cuò)，只要抓住了主句的基本內(nèi)容，就能正確做題。
此外，表示條件的連詞，除了if外，還有as long as，so long as，suppose，supposing，let's say等。
