The same is true for family life. Good social skills can help family members avoiding arguments, overcome difficulty and make a happy life. When we jump into work, good relationship with our colleagues can improve work efficiecy and make us work under benign competition.Examples are not rarely seen from people who are talented and have reached high level of academic development, but have finally come to nothing due to their poor social skills.
