在教務(wù)處、英語(yǔ)組的精心策劃和共同努力下，濟(jì)東中學(xué)“培養(yǎng)卓越口才，展現(xiàn)真我風(fēng)采”英語(yǔ)演講比賽。在同學(xué)們精彩的表演中拉下帷幕，活動(dòng)雖然告一段落，但是留給我們的回味卻是深長(zhǎng)而久遠(yuǎn)的。

剛才我們的參賽選手以他們優(yōu)美的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)音，豐富的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)，恰當(dāng)?shù)闹�體語(yǔ)言，高超的英語(yǔ)技能，特有的精神風(fēng)貌，向我們展示了新一代中學(xué)生獨(dú)有的風(fēng)姿，同時(shí)，他們用自己的實(shí)際行動(dòng)為我們的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)樹立了榜樣，讓我們以最熱烈的.掌聲向參賽選手表達(dá)我們最衷心的祝賀，并希望他們能一如既往，用自己的熱情、執(zhí)著和努力去獲取更加豐富的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)，攀登新的知識(shí)高峰，創(chuàng)造更加美好的未來(lái)。也希望我們的全體同學(xué)，以他們?yōu)榘駱�，始終保持旺盛的求知欲，全身心投入到學(xué)習(xí)中，不斷探索新方法，獲取新知識(shí)，注入新活力，全力塑造新自己。

所以，我校要將這項(xiàng)活動(dòng)一屆一屆辦下去，并且要越辦越好。各位老師，特別是英語(yǔ)老師要多費(fèi)心思，精心選材、悉心指導(dǎo)，讓凡是從濟(jì)東中學(xué)走出去的學(xué)生都有卓越的口才，無(wú)論何時(shí)何地都能展現(xiàn)真我的風(fēng)采，這也是學(xué)校、家長(zhǎng)和社會(huì)對(duì)同學(xué)們的期待。

ladies and gentlemen,

our seminar had lasted four days. it has achieved tremendoussuccess. more than 20 professors and scholars spoke at the conference. many more aired their views freely at group discussions, which proceeded in a friendly and livelyatmosphere. we all benefited greatly by attending this conference.

science and technology are a kind of wealth created in common by mankind. they must in turn serve the needs of all the people and work for the interest of world peace. any nation or country must learn from the strong points of other nations of countries, from their advanced science and technology. let's join hands and explore the boundless universe in quest of the never-ending truth of science.

ladies and gentlemen, you have my best wishes for your still greater achievements in your career of science.
