食品檢驗人員承諾書

團風縣產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗所：

本人 年 月 日開始從事食品檢驗工作，至今已有 年的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗，現(xiàn)已取得職稱。本人在從事食品檢驗中無違反《食品安全法》受到刑事處罰或開除處分，現(xiàn)承諾只在本所執(zhí)業(yè)，不在外兼職食品檢驗，并保證在以后的工作中堅持認真負責的工作態(tài)度，嚴格遵守檢驗操作規(guī)程，確保食品檢驗檢測工作質(zhì)量。

我將恪守以上承諾，如有違反，我愿意承擔由此引起的一切經(jīng)濟責任和法律責任。

遵守國家法律，不與所從事的食品檢驗活動以及出具的數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果存在利益關(guān)系，不參與和食品檢驗項目或者類似的競爭項目有關(guān)系的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、研制、生產(chǎn)、供應(yīng)、安裝、使用或者維護活動，不受任何來自內(nèi)外部的不正當?shù)纳虡I(yè)、財務(wù)和其它方面的壓力和影響，拒絕商業(yè)賄賂。
